In Waterville, one will find Colby & Thomas College.  Waterville is a quick drive from the motel.  In Augusta, one will find shopping, University of Maine at Augusta, & the Augusta, Maine Civic Center. Augusta is very close to the motel.

The motel is located on route 201 & 100 that is a direct route to Canada that passes through Waterville.  The hotel is also located on the Augusta Rd.  

The motel is only a five minute drive from Waterville.  From Augusta, it takes around 15 minutes to get to the motel. 

The hotel is a perfect halfway point for people going whitewater rafting at the Forks, which is a little over an hour drive from the motel.
